At One Rule, our goal is your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a store credit or exchange for another item of your choice. Please read below for more details on our return policy.
When can I return a product?
You have the right to return a product within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that:
- The product has not been used.
- It is in its original packaging, undamaged and intact.
- It is accompanied by the purchase receipt.
Which items cannot be returned or exchanged?
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Underwear
- Lubricants
- Condoms
- Personal gels (stimulants, delay gels, massage oils, etc.)
- Unsealed products
Defective or damaged products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. Our technical team will inspect the product and, if the issue is confirmed, we will proceed with either:
- A replacement of the product, or
- A refund
